At MiLuxe Pantry, your satisfaction is important to us.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Be returned in their original packaging.
• Include all accessories and manuals where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used unless faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return postage costs.
